Sumbavillainvestment is an independent online guide and concierge referral platform focused on Sumba, Indonesia. The Service may include:
- General information about Sumba, its regions, lifestyle, and tourism.
- Guidance on travel planning, accommodation options, and local services.
- Concierge-style introductions or referrals to third-party property owners, managers, travel operators, consultants, and other service providers (“Third-Party Providers”).
We are not the owner, developer, manager, or operator of any villa, hotel, land, or other asset mentioned on the Service, unless explicitly stated in writing. Any stay, purchase, investment, or engagement you make is between you and the relevant Third-Party Provider.
3. No Professional Advice
The information available through the Service is provided for general informational and introductory purposes only. Nothing on the Service should be considered or relied upon as:
- Legal advice, including real estate, land title, or permit advice.
- Financial, tax, or investment advice.
- Accounting or other professional advisory services.
You are responsible for obtaining independent legal, financial, tax, technical, and other professional advice before making any decision related to travel, property, investment, or services in Sumba or elsewhere. You acknowledge that any reliance on information provided through the Service is at your own risk.
4. Independent Concierge Referral Role
Our role is limited to providing information and, in some cases, introducing you to Third-Party Providers who may offer services or opportunities that match your expressed interests. Unless expressly stated:
- We do not act as your agent, broker, financial advisor, or legal representative.
- We do not negotiate terms on your behalf.
- We do not hold or handle client money, deposits, or payments related to transactions with Third-Party Providers.
Any terms and conditions, contracts, bookings, prices, property details, warranties, and other arrangements are solely between you and the applicable Third-Party Provider. We are not a party to those agreements and do not supervise or control their performance.
5. No Guarantee or Endorsement
While we aim to keep information accurate and current, we cannot guarantee that any content on the Service is complete, up to date, or error-free. Information may change without notice, including availability, prices, property conditions, regulations, and local requirements.
We do not guarantee:
- The quality, safety, legality, title, or suitability of any property, service, or opportunity mentioned.
- The performance, honesty, or conduct of any Third-Party Provider.

In any case where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to us for access to the Service in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred United States Dollars (USD 100) or the equivalent in Indonesian Rupiah.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bali Premium Trip, Juara Holding Group, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of, or activities in connection with, the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
- Your interaction, transaction, or dispute with any Third-Party Provider or other third party.
- Your User Content or any infringement of third-party rights by you.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Service may involve the collection and processing of personal data. We handle such data in accordance with our privacy practices, which may be set out in a separate Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we may collect, use, and disclose information in accordance with applicable law and our privacy practices.
